Students may reschedule a Lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty, subject to Tutor availability. No financial adjustment is required.
If the Tutor cancels or fails to attend a confirmed Lesson, the Student receives a 100% refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Tutors who cancel late or no-show repeatedly may face suspension.
Cancellation of a paid place in a group class follows the same 48-hour rule as one-to-one Lessons.
Pre-paid lesson packages can be cancelled for a pro-rated refund of any unused lessons within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, unused lessons are non-refundable but may be transferred to another Student in the same family group.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact admin@shazlyacademy.com within 30 days. We will investigate and respond within 7 days. Please do not file a chargeback before contacting us — chargebacks may result in account suspension.
We may exercise discretion to issue a full or partial refund outside of this policy where exceptional circumstances apply (such as a serious safeguarding incident or technical failure on our part).
